The Strand Building           

The Strand Building is located in the historic district of downtown Wadsworth. It holds 6 different office spaces as well a handicapped accessible banquet/theater space. The banquet space is approx. 1890 sq. ft. and can accommodate up to 160 people. The banquet room has a  stage, approx. 577 sq ft., allowing many configurations to meet the needs of most events. A newly lit marquee installed in 2000 announces events and personal messages. In 2001, The Strand won a Rosie Award from the Wadsworth Chamber of Commerce for “Outstanding Construction, Improvement or Restoration”. Again in 2009 it won for the renovations of the Banquet Hall.
